Waves of Human

Prologue

This Poetry collection was written in the in-between, between knowing and feeling, stillness and movement, presence and waves. They do not instruct. They simply witness the natural rhythms of being, the ebb and flow, the highs and lows, the clarity and the confusion. This is the human in me. You may find yours here, too.

Healing

23/12/2025, 21h53 - Paris

The lines were never straight.

Crooked, flatlined, rising, falling.

The revelation shattered the glass, opened the space where the mirror had been hidden.

Then the tango began. Tears. Laughter. Rediscovery. And then again: tears, cries, screams, isolation, loneliness.

Was this a mistake?

Searching for the pieces of shattered glass, trying to imagine reassembling them. But the mirror was already clear. The glass had always been an illusion.

Its broken pieces: the revelation.

Back to happiness. The tango continues.

Until the shadow begins to shine, looks at you and asks:

Do you remember?

Tears in the eyes. A walk in the park. Music in your gaze. Breathing in. Breathing out.

Living now.

Again it asks:

Do you remember?

So you turn toward it, toward your shadow.

And it reminds you: the glass, the pieces, the mirror, the cries, the tears, the smiles, the trees, the park, the music, all of it,

You.

Every aspect. Every wave. The same experience,

You.

And just like that, you see:

The glass was never shattered.

The tango was only an illusion.

We had chosen to forget. Forgotten in order to experience ourselves.

Again.

And again.

Sadness

22/01/2026 11h00 - Paris

Sadness, too, is beautiful.

The hurt that makes you feel,

the pain that says

you are alive, you are human.

Most prefer the bright light of joy and happiness,

but sadness

is the darkness that allows us to recognize joy.

What do you feel when you listen to that deep sound, the one that grips your throat,

the one that lets tears run down your cheeks,

even when you were not that sad?

The tenderness beneath the sorrow. The beauty behind it.

Because light and dark dance together,

joy and sadness move like waves in an ocean of the living.

Sadness, too, is beautiful.

As I accept it, I let it access my core to remind me I came here to experience it all.

I came here to feel.

I came here to be alive.

Remember

27/02/2026 12h05 - Paris

Have you ever cried from happiness?

Cried so deeply, wholeheartedly,

a fountain spilling from one eye to the other, rushing down

to paint the canvas of your smile.

As you remember who you are,

as you remember why you’re here,

as you remember how you came to be,

your soul cries, a fountain of tears flowing

with the light within,

with the beauty of life itself.

This life is beautiful.

This life is wondrous.

This life is a dream,

a dream where love is everything.

Remember

who you are.

The Tumult / The Rescue

24/04/2026 11h46 - Bandol

Looking at the horizon I have been avoiding.

Looking at the horizon.

The horizon.

Look at the horizon.

The horizon.

Look at the horizon.

Chin up.

Waterfalls pouring down. Crown tight. Throat full of confusion. Despair, confusion.

And still I am staring before me.

Rocks crashing with water. Waves crashing upon rocks right before my roots.

Turmoil upon turmoil. Uttermost chaos.

And yet I hear you.

Deep siren. Sweet violin. Temporary heaven.

The horizon.

Look at the horizon.

So many times I have looked at you. Nothing new under the sky, I thought.

And still:

Chin raised. Above roots. Above rocks. Above tumultuous waves crashing.

Looking at the horizon.

Calm.

Deep blue.

Sometimes green.

And just like that, one boat arrives.

Rescue is here, I thought.

Faint smile. Deep stare. Deep smile.

As my roots, now lifted onto the boat, from the tumult, I smile to the boat.

From the boat, I smile to the tumult.
